Lola Olufayo is an independent social worker and social work consultant who has extensive experience in providing independent assessments, reports, and giving professional advice in private and public family law proceedings. She has produced a wide range of assessments and reports in relation to children and families in need, both within and outside of the court arena.
Lola is available to support you with completing assessments within specific timeframes, at short notice and within short timescales if required.
Lola has a combination of 18 years non-statutory experience and 11 years post qualified experience in statutory children’s social work. Specialising in child protection, Public Law Outline, adoption, and private law, Lola’s experience as a social worker and a Team Manager includes working for various Local Authorities across London, South East England, South West England and Wales. Lola has worked in various social work teams such as Early Help, The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), Referral and Assessment, Children’s Safeguarding, Court & Permanence, and Leaving care.
